Detailed Product Description
The PVC/PE water pipe/tube production line/making machine
The material of screw and barrel is 38CrMoAlA.
The nitrided layer of screw is 0.6-0.7mm, hardness: HV 850-960, surface roughness: Ra≤0.8um.
The main extruder has melt pressure display. The main screw and the material feeding screw can be adjusted synchronously or separately. The extruder has three types of self-protective units: the first is currency overload and automatically stops machine; the second is screw displace and photo electricity switch automatically stop the machine; the third is oil lack in thermostat and then alarm opens.
