Big scale UPVC pipe production line designed and fabricated by Kingswel Machinery can produce different kinds of big scale pipes for tap water and drainage, there are 5 models in SJGF series, the complete line consists of conical twin screw extruder, vacuum calibrating unit, spray cooling unit, haul-off, cutter(dust collector), deposit system. There are haul-offs of 2, 4, 6 caterpillar, cutters of vertical, ring, planetary cutting.
    This production line adopts dual strand production technology, which greatly increased capacity and efficiency of small diameter pipe production.

Features:     

      Low screw rotate speed while high output is maintaining, low cut stress, perfect plasticization, low abrasion, incremental screw torque. 

     Distributing-holder type die guarantees the product quality.

·  Single/twin cavity vacuum calibrating unit, fast vacuum control system guarantees stable vacuum, precise temperature control system, vacuum tank and optimized pipeline system are made of stainless steel, machine frame mounted on wheel and track is pulled by electromotor, it has height adjusting and transversal positioning functions.

·  Optimized distribution of spray nozzles brings fast cooling of products, perfect pipeline. Spray cooling tank and pipeline system are made of stainless steel.

·  UPVC type rubber blocks directly links with chain, each caterpillar adopts parallel guiding by the end. Although lower caterpillar is manual adjusting, upper caterpillar can be automatically adjusted by cylinder in order to keep best contact pressure, under the situation of low friction coefficient between block and pipe, big cylinder guarantees high tractive force
