This extrusion output of the line is lager and stable.

Specially designed diameter fixing and cooling system adopts water film lubricating and hydraulic cooling mode to fit HDPE material, which can ensure the stable diameter and round degree as producing the thick pipe in high speed.

Specially designed vacuum diameter fixing case with vacuum muli-controlled can ensure the stable diameter and round degree of HDPE pipe size. The extruder and tracker adopt imported famous brands actiyator, which can ensure the good stability, high precision and reliability.

The operation of whole production pipe line is controlled by the PLC with the good man-machine screen. All the technical parameters are controlled by the touching screen.

This line, equipped with other extruding machine for specially making use, can produce pipes with colorful marks apt to the national standard.
