PS Foam Picture Frame Profile Extrusion Production Line is to produce all kinds of flower patten picture frame.

For this line, the most important is materials, formular, how to adjust temperature to get better or best products, haul off speed, cut method.......

Our company on the basis of experience to finaize that with two extruder, one main, one side single screw extruder to co-extrusion together, with the co-extrusion mould to work, equip with water tank, hot stamping machine, haul off and cutter with stacker.

Especially for the temperature, after the products are out from the moulds, according the characteristic of the products, we adjust the temperature to change the products to meet our demands.

Another thing, for the hot stamping machine, u can shoose the quantity by ur products, every hot stamping machine only has one function to print the flower patten on the products. IN general, we use at least 8 heads to work.

Accoring to our customer's demands, we design the main extruder , SJ65 SJ90  side extruder, SJ30 SJ25 and so on.
