Detailed Product Description

The pipe extrusion line is mainly used for water discharging in agriculture, building and cable laying. This extrusion line is made up of conical twin-screw extruder, vacuum calibrator, hauler, cutter and stacker. The extrusion line is controlled by computer.

The screw uses comprehensive mixed part with belt barrier and mixed smelting head. New pattern notch barrel makes good performance of plasticizing and mixed smelting. It ensures the high speed and good performance extruding. Imported AC frequency conversion speed regulators are applied in the extruderand hauler.

Components of high quality are equipped in the vacuum pump and haulermotor. There are two-pedrail, three-pedrail, four-pedrail, and six-pedrail haulers to be chosen from. Saw cutter or planet cutter is optional which is equipped with length meter and incrassation devices.
